FILING YOUR CLAIM
If you need to make a claim for loss or damage, you can report a claim using our online form or contact your broker during regular business hours. If you submit your claim online, a broker will call you the next business day.
If the claim is not urgent and it is after regular business hours, you may contact your broker on the next business day.
In the event of an urgent claim - such as fire and flood - you may call our toll free, after-hours emergency claim line at 1-866-938-5686 and an adjuster will be available to help you.
