All of our brokers are enrolled in continuing education so you can trust that we’re at the top of our game. In fact, most of our brokers have earned the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation.
The CAIB program consists of four courses on personal insurance lines, commercial insurance lines and brokerage management skills - each course includes a national exam.
CAIB is a national designation designed by the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada. CAIB graduates have fundamental knowledge and specialized skills to ensure clients receive necessary insurance expertise.
The CIP designation is internationally recognized and CIPs have completed ten technical insurance courses and national exams. On average, it takes three to five years to complete the CIP program.
